Excellent Product and Support

This is a great company to deal with when there are issues. I have a Wizard 5 that has worked well in finding metal in recycled wood. I have owned it for a couple years but seldom use it. This time when I went to use it I could not get it to work continually. I contacted Lumber Wizard by email and discussed the issue with Billy tech support. He came up with a couple ideas that I tried to get it to work. When it would not work he immediately sent me a new unit. My unit was out of warranty but they still supported it and then replaced it. I was amazed that a company would support there product to this level. It is the way you would like a company to support their product but they seldom do. I would highly recommend this product because it works well in finding metal in wood and also because you can count on this company to support their product if there is ever an issue.
