Return Policy

Consumer Order Return Policy

Return Policy:  Return of goods may be accepted if authorized with a return authorization number only.

Defective items may be exchanged only for replacement. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

30 DAY Return Policy: We will gladly accept any return within 30 days (subject to restock fee of 25% for order total or item cost of over $250), provided the item is in new condition (see exceptions below). We will only issue a refund or send a replacement as needed once the item has been received in our warehouse.

Exceptions to our return policy:

  • Intimate apparel and related items are not returnable for refund due to health and sanitation reasons. We will, however, send you a free replacement of any bra that you receive in a defective state (ie. ripped, torn, or broken).
  • Consumable items (such as products that can be diminished or used up) are not returnable once they have been opened. However, we will accept a return for any unused and unopened consumable item.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order. Our 30-day return policy starts from the day your product is received. We need to have the return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
  • VHS Videos and DVDs may only be exchanged in the event of a manufacture defect.
    Any item with cost of $250 or more has non-negotable 25% restock fee. All orders or items totalling / costing over $250 have mandatory restock fee of 25%. 

Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we will not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.

A. Your order number and/or your complete name, address, and email address

B. A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the item(s)

C. Information about whether you would like a refund or a replacement

- No other paperwork, invoice, or preauthorization is needed for your return.
