Return Policy: Return of goods may be accepted if authorized with a return authorization number. Email us with the Contact Us form above. Special order and bulk items cannot be refunded. Orders over $250.00 have a restock charge of 25%. Defective items can be exchanged or refunded or replaced with no restock charge. Absolutely No Refunds For Orders Over $1000.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account. Please note that certain delivery times are estimated and all shipping is subject to carrier terms, conditions and delivery may be subjected to circumstances beyond our control. Please direct all inquiries on delivery carriers to the shipping company. We will notify you of a shipment tracking number the day the shipment is picked up by the carrier. During weekends, holidays, or times when delivery is scheduled we may not be able to provide you with a tracking number within 48 hours. Our policy is to provide the number as soon as the item is ready for delivery or in the case of drop ship items as soon as the shipper provides us with tracking information.

If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please contact us using the link at the bottom of this page.
